Lillian Phelps (1859 St. Catharines - January, 1920 Merritton) was a Canadian suffraggist, and temperance speaker.[1]

Life

She studied at Philadelphia School of Oratory.[2] She was a member of the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union,[3] and Canadian Women’s Suffrage Association .[4]

She addressed the W. C. T. U. of Ann Arbor, Michigan.[5] and New Rockford, North Dakota ,[6]
